Booking Policies

Scheduling

All sessions must be booked through the official website calendar.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Time Zone

All appointments are scheduled in your local time zone unless otherwise listed.
It is the client’s responsibility to double-check time differences.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Reschedule requests with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a no-show.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
After 10 minutes, the session will be forfeited and counted as a no-show.
