Refund & No-show Policy

Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the energetic and digital nature of these services, no refunds will be issued for:
• Readings
• Coaching sessions
• Digital products
• PDFs, eBooks, guides
• Mentorship programs

Once payment is submitted, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment:
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may receive a credit to reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are considered a no-show.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when:
• The client misses the session
• The client is more than 10 minutes late
• The client cancels within 24 hours

No-shows do not receive refunds, credits, or rescheduled sessions.

Emergency Policy

If a true emergency occurs, clients may email documentation to request an exception.
Exceptions are granted at my discretion and are not guaranteed.
